Surf lesson times are calculated based on your level, tide times, and weather conditions.

We will give you the benefit of a perfect knowledge of our beaches in order to make you surf the best wave of the moment.

Good to know: Depending on the tides, The courses can shift by one hour per day.

GOALS
  • Explanation of safety instructions.
  • Navigate by balancing your body on the board while moving with an oar.
  • Pass the waves at the edge (foam) and harness their energy to slide close to the shore.
  • Theory of the take-off technique and practical application in the water.
  • Paddle, catch a breaking wave and surf stand-up towards the edge.
  • Improved straightening and standing posture in foam, taking direction (turns) and surfing your wave across (backside and frontside).

10 surf lessons

Maximize your time on the waves by reserving your lessons when the surfing conditions are optimal for you to progress (reservation 48 hours in advance).
Formula suitable for long or seasonal stays.
